We’re seeking a strategic and hands-on Product Manager to lead the development of our marketing automation capabilities—solutions that enhance customer engagement, streamline operations, and drive business growth.

This is a rare opportunity to shape a function from the ground up. You’ll own the vision, set best practices, and guide senior stakeholders in leveraging automation to create lasting business impact. Your Impact

  • Lead the strategy: Define the product vision and roadmap for marketing automation within LINK’s CPaaS ecosystem
  • Build & deliver: Partner with engineering, design, and data teams to deliver seamless, scalable features
  • Drive results: Leverage data to optimize automation flows, improve targeting, and ensure compliance
  • Collaborate globally: Align with sales, marketing, and customer success to ensure adoption and value creation
  • Be the voice of the customer: Understand needs, identify opportunities, and shape solutions that drive impact

What You Bring

  • 5+ years of experience in product management, ideally within Marketing Automation, MarTech, SaaS, or customer engagement platforms
  • Proven ability to lead cross-functional initiatives across global teams
  • Strong technical understanding of CRM systems, APIs, and automation tooling
  • A hands-on, strategic mindset—equally comfortable in defining the big picture and managing execution
  • Passion for data-driven product development and creating customer-centric experiences
