Alexander Aas is a passionate and value-driven leader with extensive experience in both elite sports and business. Over more than 15 years as CEO across various industries — from sports and technology to recruitment and service sectors — he has built and led organizations with a strong focus on the people behind the results.

With a background as a professional football player at the highest levels in Norway and Denmark, and with appearances for the Norwegian men’s national team, Alexander has lived and breathed performance culture throughout his adult life. He has transferred his elite sports experience to the business world, where he has been particularly focused on developing and implementing a value-based performance culture — a culture where performance and human values go hand in hand.

He has also demonstrated his commitment to social causes by cycling the entire Tour de France route for charity — an achievement that demands endurance, planning, and mental strength — qualities that also characterize his work as a consultant and recruiter.

Alexander has extensive experience in recruitment and staffing across all levels, working with everything from startups to established companies across a variety of industries. He is dedicated to understanding the whole picture — culture, people, strategy, and market — and leveraging this insight to match organizations with the right leaders and key personnel.
